Hizmetin tanımı
Egoko; AI ile website/SaaS üretmenizi, ürünlerinizi yayınlamanızı ve ödeme altyapısı bağlamanızı sağlayan çok kiracılı bir platformdur.
Ürettiğiniz içerik ve kodun sorumluluğu size aittir. Egoko, ürettiğiniz ürünlerin hukuka uygunluğunu garanti etmez.
Hesap sorumluluğu
Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
18 yaşından küçükler hizmeti kullanamaz.
Yasaklı kullanım
Yasa dışı içerik, spam, kimlik avı, kripto dolandırıcılığı, zararlı yazılım dağıtımı ve üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden kullanım yasaktır.
İhlal tespitinde hesap askıya alınır veya kapatılır; ödenen ücretler iade politikasına tabidir.
Fikri mülkiyet ve fesih
Ürettiğiniz projelerin içeriği size aittir. Egoko platformun kendisine, markasına ve koduna sahiptir.
Taraflardan her biri ilişkiyi sonlandırabilir; abonelik iptali dönem sonunda geçerli olur.
Sorumluluk sınırı ve uygulanacak hukuk
Egoko, dolaylı zararlar, kâr kaybı veya veri kaybından sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ayda ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern your use of the Egoko service provided by {COMPANY_NAME}. By using the service you accept these terms.
The service
Egoko is a multi-tenant platform that lets you generate websites/SaaS with AI, publish them, and connect payment infrastructure.
You are responsible for the content and code you generate. Egoko does not guarantee the legal compliance of the products you build.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The service is not available to individuals under 18.
Prohibited use
Illegal content, spam, phishing, crypto scams, malware distribution and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
On violation, accounts are suspended or terminated; fees are subject to the refund policy.
IP and termination
You own the content of the projects you generate. Egoko owns the platform, brand and code.
Either party may terminate; subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
Liability and governing law
Egoko is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye; Turkish courts have jurisdiction.
